Shoko Haimawari is the mother of Koichi Haimawari.
Appearance[]
Shoko is a thin middle-aged woman with short hair.
Personality[]
Shoko is bossy with her son, slapping him for each mistake he makes. She can possess a domineering nature which she occasionally lets get out of hand. Despite this, she can be kind and cordial.
Abilities[]
Slap (平手打ち, Hirateuchi) is a fighting move that is effective anywhere on the body (as opposed to, say, a closed-fist punch which can break the attacker's hand if not aimed precisely). In the sumo wrestling, it is called "Harite" (張り手, Harite). Shoko simply refers to it as Fly Swatter (ハエ叩き Hae Tataki). The technique allows her to send energy waves and attack from a farther distance than her normal reach. In order to use Fly Swatter, she appears to have to swing one of her arms very quickly, in which she could use it multiple times at once.
The farthest distance that Shoko has been able to attack is only a few meters away from her. The force of these energy waves seem to be about the same as if a regular person were to do the same action at a closer distance. It is unknown if she could swat any farther than that.
