High Density Weights (超圧縮おもり Chō asshuku omori) are training tools designed to aid in learning to wield the Sōtō Kanazuchi.

The weights are ultra compacted to make them easy to wear around someone's arm or legs. Like the Sōtō Kanazuchi they are created from meteor ore mined from Mt. Asukamiwa. As the weights were designed to train one to wield the Sōtō Kanazuchi they come in a verity of forms such as cups, clothing, and various other every day items to help them get accustomed to the weight.
